At The Wellness Room, appointment times are reserved specifically for each patient. We kindly ask that any appointment changes be made as early as possible to allow availability for other patients.
Appointment Cancellations
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty when notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
No-Show Appointments
Patients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may be subject to a no-show fee and may be required to provide a deposit before scheduling future appointments.
Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Membership Appointments
Missed membership visits and service credits do not roll over unless otherwise specified by the membership agreement.
Late Arrivals
Patients arriving late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on provider availability.
Emergency Exceptions
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances occur. Cancellation and no-show fees may be waived at the discretion of The Wellness Room.
